Project Description:
Create Creativity Index - Research, formulate and design a "Creativity Index." This index would be used as a measure of the center's creativity. Similar to a stock market index, it would be composed of many creativity factors that we can measure and use an algorithm to come up with a summary value or index. The measures needed and the algorithm would be the subject of this project. The researcher would be expected to benchmark other organizations to justify their index. The researcher would have to have an interest in creativity in technical organizations.

Desired Major(s):
Any, interest in creativity is the only requirement
